The confirmation email can be in your spam box. Don't forget to have a look at it. Otherwise, you can connect to your personal account and access the informations regarding your order.

Once your order has been validated, you cannot proceed to any modification. If you want to cancel your order, you can contact the client service. If you jewel does not satisfy you, you have 14 days to send it back. However, we will not accept jewels which have been worn or damaged. For any exchange, you will have to return the jewelry and then place a new order. we only proceed to refund, no exchanges are accepted.

Delivery

Vanrycke accepts online orders for delivery in the following countries: France, including Corsica, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapor, Thailand, United Arab Emirats, United Kingdom and United States.

Vanrycke's jewels are delivered with DHL in France and in the European zone. Two delivery options are available : standard delivery or express delivery. For non-European countries, Vanrycke uses DHL or Colissimo depending on the country.

The delivery times depend on the delivery address and the chosen delivery options. Please click on the button shipment and return to know the applicable rate for your order according to your delivery address.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. You can follow your order’s journey by selecting your order when sign in your online account. Moreover, DHL and Colissimo use your email address to notify you about each step of your parcel delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind and decide to return your ordern you have up to 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. To arrange your return, please send an email to shop@Vanrycke.com. Don't forget to mention the reason of the return and the articles you want to return. If you want to get a refund. The sending is chargeable to the customer and at its risks. The product has to be returned with a tracking number. All the pieces must be returned in their original packaging without being worn or damaged. Warning - for any demand of refund coming from countries outside the european union,taxes and custom fees will have to be paid by the customer. Any additional fees Vanrycke could have to pay to get the order back will be deducted from the refund. Please send an email to shop@Vanrycke.com for any further questions.

We only exchange the Vanrycke jewels for ring sizes and bangle sizes of a same jewel. For any other cases, Vanrycke do not accept any exchanges . You will then have to return the jewel and place a new order. For any jewel returned to our office for refund, we have a 3 working days timeline to accept or refuse the refund. If the return is accepted, we have a maximum of 30 days to proceed to the refund of the purchase. A confirmation email will notify you that the refund has been accepted.

E-gift card

Vous pouvez acheter une ou plusieurs e-cartes cadeaux sur notre site. Les cartes cadeaux sont exclusivement utilisables sur le site vanrycke.com et ne seront pas valables chez nos partenaires et revendeurs.
Aucun code de réduction ne peut s'appliquer lors de l'achat d'une e-carte cadeau.

Le montant minimal d'une e-carte cadeau est de 160€ et peut aller jusqu'à 1 500€.

La carte cadeau est valable 1 an à compter de sa date d'émission. A défaut d'utilisation dans un délai d'un an, le montant correspondant sera considéré comme définitivement acquis par la Société.

Nos cartes cadeaux sont exclusivement digitales. Après l'achat de votre e-carte cadeau vous la recevrez par e-mail à l'adresse indiquée lors de votre achat. Il n'y a pas d'envoi de carte physique possible.

Attention, il arrive que nos e-mails tombent dans les spams, merci de vérifier dans votre boîte de courriers indésirables si vous n'avez pas reçu d'e-mail.

Pour utiliser votre e-carte cadeau, rendez-vous à la page de paiement de notre site après avoir mis votre ou vos articles au panier.
Vous pourrez ensuite appliquer le code indiqué dans l'e-mail de votre e-carte cadeau.

La e-carte cadeau peut être utilisée en une ou plusieurs fois.

Toute somme non utilisée lors de la commande sera conservée pour une future commande.
À l'inverse, si la valeur de la commande dépasse le montant de la carte cadeau, il faudra régler la différence par un autre moyen de paiement.

La validité d'une carte cadeau est de 1 an à partir de sa date d'émission.

Si le client retourne un article payé avec une e-carte cadeau, alors le remboursement sera recrédité sur la e-carte cadeau. Cela ne change pas sa date de validité.

Vanrycke's jewels are made of 18k gold and diamonds. They must be treated with care. Some precautions will allow you to keep it in good condition. : - When wearing your jewel try to avoid impacts in order to limit scratches and marks. - We recommend not to wear your Vanrycke jewel during sport activities or hoseholdwork. - Store your Vanrycke jewel in its original case to protect and avoid the chain to get in a tangle.

Every Vanrycke jewel is identifiable by its engraved hallmark. Only pieces purchased on Vanrycke.com or through one of our retailers come with a certificate of authenticity assuring it has been fabricated in our workshop.

Warranties and Repairs

The Vanrycke warranty covers any manufacturing default or fragiliy assessed as so by our quality service regardless of the date of purchase. In any other cases and especially if the jewel got caught on something or has been pulled on, the fixing will be at the client expense.

Any broken jewel will be assessed by our quality service to determine if the wanrranty applies. If not an estimate will be established for the repair. After the assessment and upon validation of the estimate the fixing will take 5 weeks.

The customer service will get back to you with an estimate or a confirmation of warranty within the week after receiving your jewel. Then, upon validation of the estimate the fixing will take 5 weeks.
