Vanrycke was founded in Paris in 2000 by designer Lise Vanrycke. Vanrycke creates 18k gold and diamond jewelry with pure lines, designed to blend delicately into everyday life: feminine, discreet skin jewelry, worn for oneself and close to the body. Vanrycke jewelry is made in France, Italy and Portugal. Depending on its design, each piece may go through the following stages: 3D design and wax modeling, gold casting, laser cutting of rolled gold sheets, finishing and polishing, hand-setting each diamond one by one, chain assembly, flame or laser soldering depending on the design, and finally ultrasonic cleaning. It refers to fine, comfortable jewelry designed to be worn every day and almost forgotten once on the skin. Lise Vanrycke works on every detail to achieve “the purest and most comfortable design possible.” The ultra-flat Skin Tattoo chain is the clearest expression of this philosophy: it lies against the skin like a gold tattoo.

Vanrycke jewelry is made from 18k gold, an alloy containing 75% pure gold (750 fineness). The gold used by Vanrycke is 100% recycled. The creations are available primarily in 18k rose gold and, for some designs, in white gold.

Vanrycke jewelry is made from 18k gold. Some creations combine gold with other materials. Depending on the design, the Make a Wish collection may feature a red silk thread, a 100% cotton ribbon or red acrylic lacquer. These details are specified on each product page.

Yes. Vanrycke diamonds are natural G-VS quality diamonds, certified under the Kimberley Process. This international framework regulates the trade in rough diamonds in order to exclude so-called “conflict diamonds.” Each diamond is set by hand, one by one.

Diamond is Vanrycke’s signature gemstone, in both white and black versions. Some creations also feature colored gemstones, including sapphire and green tsavorite.

Each Vanrycke piece can be identified by its hallmark and logo. However, only purchases made on Vanrycke.com or through one of our retailers are supplied with a certificate of authenticity confirming that the piece was made by us.

Vanrycke rings are available in sizes 50, 52, 54 and 56, while signet rings are available in sizes 44, 45 and 46. For another size, please email shop@vanrycke.com to find out the production lead time and price. You can also consult our rose gold rings and Size Guide.

In France, ring size corresponds to the circumference of the finger in millimeters: a size 52 corresponds to a 52 mm circumference. Wrap a piece of thread or a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where the ends meet, then measure the length when laid flat. Take the measurement at the end of the day and, if you are between two sizes, choose the larger size. If the size is incorrect, a size exchange is possible within 14 days.

The Le Fil de la Vie gold bangle is available in four sizes according to wrist circumference: size 1 up to 15 cm, size 2 up to 17 cm, size 3 up to 18 cm and size 4 up to 19 cm. Measure your wrist at the wrist bone using a flexible measuring tape.

Almost all Vanrycke chains feature an adjustment ring. Available lengths are: 40 cm (adjustable to 38 cm), 42 cm (adjustable to 40 cm), 45 cm (adjustable to 43 cm), 50 cm (adjustable to 48 cm), 60 cm, and 80 cm for long necklaces. From 38 to 42 cm, the necklace sits close to the neck. At 45 and 50 cm, it falls onto the décolleté. Thanks to the adjustment rings, Vanrycke necklaces are easy to layer. Yes. All Vanrycke earrings are sold individually. This allows you to wear a single earring or create your own ear composition, for example with the Officiel 18k gold hoops. To order a pair, select quantity 2 in your cart.

Some pendants are sold without a chain, such as the 18k gold Initiale pendant. This information is specified on each product page. You can simply add the chain of your choice to your cart, such as the fine Calamity Jane chain or the Shaman link chain.

Yes. Several collections allow you to do so: the Abécédaire letter necklace, with a miniature letter that slides freely along a fine diamond-cut chain; the diamond-pavé Initiale pendants; the Petites Médailles Initiales; and the Lettrine collection.

Skin Tattoo is one of Vanrycke’s iconic creations. Its ultra-flat design lies discreetly against the skin, creating the illusion of a real gold tattoo that catches the light with every movement. Discover the 18k gold Skin Tattoo necklace and the Skin Tattoo collection.

Three collections are conceived as talismans. The Trèfle necklace in 18k rose gold, with a diamond set into each leaf, symbolizes a wish, a bond, strength and a promise. The Le Fil de la Vie bangle is a thread of gold that screws around the wrist like a form of protection, available in gold or pavé diamond versions. Make a Wish jewelry features a red silk thread that naturally comes away over time, allowing the wish made when the piece was first worn to come true.

That is the very principle of Make a Wish: you make a wish when wearing the jewelry for the first time, then the red silk thread naturally comes away over time and the wish comes true. The Petite Médaille Make a Wish is supplied with a 100% cotton ribbon, which also frays naturally over time. You can then slide the medal onto the chain of your choice. Ribbon kits are sold separately.

Vanrycke 18k gold and diamond jewelry is designed to be worn every day, with a few precautions: remove it for sports and domestic tasks; avoid knocks, which may scratch the gold or weaken the setting; apply perfume and cream before putting your jewelry on; and store each piece in its case to prevent chains from tangling. Make a Wish designs with a red lacquered chain must never come into contact with water, perfume or chemicals. Their lacquer cannot be reapplied.

Soak the jewelry for a few minutes in lukewarm, lightly soapy water, rinse with clean water, then dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive or chlorinated products. Do not wet any silk, cotton or lacquered elements.

The confirmation email may have been delivered to your spam folder, so please check there first. If you have a Vanrycke account, you can also log in to your personal account to find all the information relating to your order.

Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to modify it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service directly. If your jewelry is not suitable, you have 14 days to return your order, provided the jewelry has not been worn. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for online purchases, except for changes to ring or bangle size and changes of gold color: all other returns are refunded only.

On vanrycke.com, you can pay by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Vanrycke e-gift card. Payments are made in euros and secured by PayPal, Mollie or Alma. Vanrycke never has access to your bank details.

Yes. With Alma, you can pay in 2, 3 or 4 installments at no extra cost, or in up to 10 installments with fees, by selecting the option at checkout. A 4-hour verification period then applies before dispatch.

Yes. Standard DHL delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Express delivery costs €30 in metropolitan France and €40 in eligible European Union countries. Ribbon kits ordered on their own are sent by tracked letter: €2 in France and €5 internationally.

Vanrycke jewelry is shipped by DHL within France and Europe. We offer two delivery options: standard and express. Shipments to Corsica are sent via Chronopost. Outside Europe, jewelry is shipped either by Colissimo or DHL depending on the destination and the items purchased. Cord kits purchased on their own are shipped by tracked La Poste letter.

With DHL Standard, allow 1 to 2 business days in metropolitan France and the European Union, and 2 to 3 business days for Corsica. DHL Express delivers the next business day before 12 noon. Outside the European Union, DHL delivery takes 1 to 9 business days depending on the country, while Colissimo delivery takes 7 to 15 business days for Asia and the United Arab Emirates. From Monday to Thursday, orders placed after 3:30 p.m. are processed the following day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday, as well as weekend orders, are processed on Monday. If paying in installments with Alma, place your order before 12 noon for same-day dispatch.

Vanrycke sends you a DHL/Colissimo tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Vanrycke also shares your email address with its DHL/Colissimo carrier so that you can receive tracking notifications for your order.

Yes. Click & Collect is available from the Vanrycke showroom in Paris at 26–28 rue Danielle Casanova, 75002 Paris. Collection is available Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready. Identification in the purchaser’s name will be required.

Delivery remains free outside the European Union, but taxes, customs duties and clearance fees are payable by the recipient on arrival of the parcel. Vanrycke does not work with any tax-refund company.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Send an email to shop@vanrycke.com stating the reason why you wish to return your item or items. If you wish to receive a refund, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. You must send the parcel back using a tracked service with signature on delivery. Any risk associated with returning the product remains the customer’s responsibility. Jewelry must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please note: for any return request from Australia, Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom, shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Any additional costs incurred by Vanrycke will be deducted from the order refund.

Vanrycke accepts exchanges only for ring and bangle sizes, and for changes of gold color, within 14 days of receipt. In these cases, the return is covered by Vanrycke: you will receive a prepaid return label and the parcel will be insured against loss and theft. The jewelry must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. For any other change, you must return the item and place a new order. To start the process, email shop@vanrycke.com. Outside the European Union, shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

The return is approved within 3 business days after the parcel is received. The refund is then issued within a maximum of 30 days to the bank account charged for the original order, excluding shipping costs.

Lucky-charm jewelry such as Trèfle and Make a Wish, as well as initial jewelry such as Abécédaire and Initiale, are natural choices for a first gift. Vanrycke also offers selections by budget: under €500, €500 to €1,000, €1,000 to €1,500, and over €1,500. For Mother’s Day, consider the Petite Médaille Maman. If you are unsure, the e-gift card, available from €220 to €1,500, lets the recipient choose for themselves.

Every Vanrycke piece is delivered in its jewelry box, together with a certificate of authenticity and a bag.

You can purchase one or more e-gift cards on our website. They can only be used on vanrycke.com and are not valid with our partners or retailers. No discount code can be applied when purchasing an e-gift card, and an e-gift card cannot be paid for using another e-gift card. E-gift card values range from €220 to €1,500. Each card is valid for 1 year from its date of issue; if it is not used within that period, the corresponding amount is permanently retained by the Company. It can be used in one or more transactions and can be combined with another e-gift card.

Our gift cards are exclusively digital. After purchasing your e-gift card, you will receive it by email at the address provided during your purchase. A physical card cannot be sent. Please note that our emails may sometimes be delivered to spam, so check your junk mail folder if you have not received it. If it is still missing, you can contact us through our contact form or at shop@vanrycke.com.

To use your e-gift card, go to the checkout page after adding your item or items to your cart. You can then enter the code shown in your e-gift card email. The e-gift card can be used in one or more transactions. Any unused balance will remain available for a future order. If the value of your order exceeds the value of the gift card, you will need to pay the difference using another payment method. A gift card is valid for 1 year from its date of issue.

If a customer returns an item paid for with an e-gift card, the refund will be credited back to the same e-gift card. This does not change its expiry date. The gift card is valid for 1 year from its date of issue. If it is not used within one year, the corresponding amount will be considered permanently retained by the Company.

Please contact us by email at qualite.service@vanrycke.com. To help us process your request, please provide as much information as possible about your jewelry: model, size, date and place of purchase. You may also attach one or more photos showing its current condition. This will allow us to offer the most appropriate solution.

Vanrycke covers any repair relating to a manufacturing defect identified by our Quality Department following assessment. Repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, an incident such as an impact or snag, or third-party intervention are at the customer’s expense and are subject to an estimate. We do not operate a warranty system based on the date of purchase. The cost of sending your jewelry to our Quality Department for assessment is the customer’s responsibility.

Every piece received is assessed by our Quality Department to determine whether the repair falls under the responsibility of Vanrycke or is chargeable to the customer. Following this assessment, within 1 week we will send you either a detailed estimate or confirmation that the repair will be covered. You will also be given an estimated repair timeframe, generally between 2 and 5 weeks depending on the nature of the work required. Once we receive your approval, the repair begins. As soon as your jewelry is ready, it is carefully shipped back to you, and we will email you with confirmation of dispatch and the tracking number.

Once your jewelry has been received and assessed by our Quality Department, Vanrycke will send you either a detailed estimate or confirmation that the repair will be covered within 1 week. Once we receive your approval, the repair generally takes between 2 and 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work required.
