Order
The confirmation email can be in your spam box. don't forget to have a look at it.
Otherwise, you can connect to your personal account and access the informations regarding your order.
Once your order has been validated, you cannot proceed to any modification.
If you want to cancel your order, you can contact the client service.
If you jewel does not satisfy you, you have 14 days to send it back. However, we will not accept jewels which have been worn or damaged.
For any exchange, you will have to return the jewelry and then place a new order. we only proceed to refund, no exchanges are accepted (except for ring size and gold color).
You can access all your purchase by connecting to your personal account.

You can request a new password by clicking on forgotten password. You will receive an email with a link to create your new password.

Delivery
Vanrycke accepts online orders for delivery in the following countries:
France, including Corsica, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapor, Thailand, United Arab Emirats, United Kingdom and United States.
Vanrycke's jewels are delivered with DHL in France and in the European zone. Two delivery options are available : standard delivery or express delivery.
For non-European countries, Vanrycke uses DHL or Colissimo depending on the country.

Orders of ribbon kit only, delivery is made by tracked letter (La Poste).

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. You can follow your order’s journey by selecting your order when sign in your online account.
Moreover, DHL and Colissimo use your email address to notify you about each step of your parcel delivery.
Return & Refund
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make the request.
Send an email to shop@Vanrycke.com indicating the reason why you wish to return your item(s).
If you wish to be refunded of your item(s), the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You will need to return your package by tracked mail with signature required. Any risk associated with the return of the product remains the responsibility of the customer.
The jewel must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Attention
For any return request from Australia, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Any additional costs that Vanrycke would have to bear will be deducted from the refund of the order.
We only exchange Vanrycke jewelry in the case of a change in ring/bangle size.
For any other case, Vanrycke does not proceed with exchanges. You will need to return the item and place a new order.
For any exchange request, please send an email to shop@Vanrycke.com.
For any jewel returned to our office for refund, we have a 3 working days timeline to accept or refuse the refund.
If the return is accepted, we have a maximum of 30 days to proceed to the refund of the purchase. A confirmation email will notify you that the refund has been accepted.
All pieces must be returned in their original packaging without being worn or damaged. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and send you back the jewel.
E-Gift Card
You can purchase one or multiple e-gift cards on our website. Gift cards are exclusively usable on the vanrycke.com website and will not be valid at our partners' and resellers' locations.
No discount code can be applied when purchasing an e-gift card.
The minimum amount for an e-gift card is €165 and can go up to €1,500.
The gift card is valid for 1 year from its issuance date. If not used within one year, the corresponding amount will be considered as permanently acquired by the Company.
Our gift cards are exclusively digital. After purchasing your e-gift card, you will receive it by email at the address provided during your purchase. There is no possibility of sending a physical card.
Please note that our emails may sometimes end up in spam folders, so please check your spam folder if you have not received an email.
If you still haven't received it, you can contact us via our contact form or at shop@vanrycke.com.
To use your e-gift card, proceed to the checkout page of our website after adding your item(s) to the cart.
You can then apply the code provided in the email of your e-gift card.
The e-gift card can be used in one or multiple transactions.
Any remaining balance not used during the order will be retained for a future purchase.
Conversely, if the order value exceeds the amount of the gift card, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
The validity of a gift card is 1 year from its issuance date.
If the customer returns an item paid with an e-gift card, the refund will be credited back to the e-gift card. This does not change its expiration date. The gift card is valid for 1 year from its issuance date. If not used within one year, the corresponding amount will be considered as permanently acquired by the Company.

Vanrycke's jewels are made of 18k gold and diamonds.
They must be treated with care. Some precautions will allow you to keep it in good condition. :
- When wearing your jewel try to avoid impacts in order to limit scratches and marks.
- We recommend not to wear your Vanrycke jewel during sport activities or hoseholdwork.
- Store your Vanrycke jewel in its original case to protect and avoid the chain to get in a tangle.
Every Vanrycke jewel is identifiable by its engraved hallmark.
Only pieces purchased on Vanrycke.com or through one of our retailers come with a certificate of authenticity assuring it has been fabricated in our workshop.
Warranties & Repairs
Vanrycke's warranty covers any defect or manufacturing fragility identified as such by our quality control team, regardless of the purchase date.
In all other cases, repairs are at the customer's expense, especially if the jewel has been caught, pulled, or damaged.
For Make a Wish chains with red enamel, re-enameling of the chain is not possible. If the enamel of the chain fades, this is not considered a manufacturing defect of the product.
Our warranty does not apply to 100% cotton ribbons offered with small medals.
Please send an e-mail directly to our customer service. They will let you know how to proceed.
Any jewelry in need of repair must undergo an assessment by our quality control team to provide a repair estimate or confirm the warranty.
Afterward, Vanrycke commits to repairing your jewelry or proceeding with an exchange within a maximum of 5 weeks.
For Make a Wish chains with red enamel, re-enameling of the chain is not possible. If the enamel of the chain fades, it will not be possible to restore the red acrylic or exchange the product.
The customer service will get back to you with an estimate or a confirmation of warranty within the week after receiving your jewel.
