Once your order has been validated, you cannot proceed to any modification.

If you want to cancel your order, you can contact the client service.

If you jewel does not satisfy you, you have 14 days to send it back. However, we will not accept jewels which have been worn or damaged.

For any exchange, you will have to return the jewelry and then place a new order. We only proceed to refund, no exchanges are accepted.

Vanrycke accepts online orders for delivery in the following countries:

Vanrycke's jewels are delivered with UPS.Two delivery options are available : Standard delivery or Express delivery.

If you change your mind and decide to return your ordern you have up to 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.

To arrange your return, simply sign in and go to Return in your account. Then select the reference of the jewel you want to return. Then you have, to indicate the reason of this return. You'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS return label. Stick the UPS return slip on it. Your package will be insured against theft or damage throughout its journey to our workshop. Contact UPS to schedule your package removal on www.UPS.com

All the pieces must be returned in their original packaging without being worn or damaged.

How can I exchange my jewel ?

For any exchange, you will have to return the jewelry and then place a new order. We only proceed to refund, no exchanges are accepted.

How long does it take to be refunded ?

For any jewels returned to our office to be refunded, we have a 3 working days timeline to accept or refuse it.

If the return is accepted, we have a maximum of 30 days to proceed to the refund of the purchase. A confirmation email will notify you that the refund has been accepted.

All pieces must be returned in their original packaging without being worn or damaged. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and send you back the jewel.

How do I take care of my Vanrycke jewelry?

Vanrycke's jewels are made of 18k gold and diamonds.
They must be treated with care. Some precautions will allow you to keep it in good condition. :
- When wearing your jewel try to avoid impacts in order to limit scratches and marks.
- We recommend not to wear your Vanrycke jewel during sport activities or hoseholdwork.
- Store your Vanrycke jewel in its original case to protect and avoid the chain to get in a tangle.

Every Vanrycke jewel is identifiable by its engraved hallmark.
Only pieces purchased on Vanrycke.com or through one of our retailers come with a certificate of authenticity assuring it has been fabricated in our workshop.

Does my jewel come with a warranty?

The Vanrycke warranty covers any manufacturing default or fragiliy assessed as so by our quality service regardless of the date of purchase.

In any other cases and especially if the jewel got caught on something or has been pulled on, the fixing will be at the client expense.

Our warranty does not apply to cotton ribbons offered with our 18k rose gold little medals.

How does a repair work?

Any broken jewel will be assessed by our quality service to determine if the wanrranty applies. If not an estimate will be established for the repair.


After the assessment and upon validation of the estimate the fixing will take 5 weeks.

How long does it take for my jewel to get fixed?

The customer service will get back to you with an estimate or a confirmation of warranty within the week after receiving your jewel.
