The Vanrycke Site allows Lyie SAS, registered with the Paris Trade Registry under number B 430 269 829 with its head office at 26-28 rue Danielle Casanova - 75002 Paris (hereinafter "Vanrycke") to offer products distributed by Vanrycke (hereinafter the "Vanrycke products") for sale to Internet users browsing the Vanrycke site (hereinafter the "Users").

Use of the Vanrycke Site (hereinafter the "Site") and the purchase of Vanrycke Products (hereinafter the "Products") are subject to these general terms and conditions of the Site (hereinafter the "General Conditions of Use").

When you use the Site, you are bound bty these General Conditions of Use which you are required to respect. Use of the Site also implies acceptance of the Site's security and confidentiality policy (hereinafter the "Security and Confidentiality Policy").

Vanrycke reserves the right to request the removal of any link to the Site which have not been, or will no longer be, authorised and to request compensation for the damage suffered due to this.

 

3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY POLICY OF THE SITES

Only STRIPE and PAYPAL process this financial transaction and remains in posession of confidential information. You can also send an email at any time requesting that Vanrycke deletes the personal information about you as soon as your order has been processed and delivered. Vanrycke may collect non-personal information on you even if you do not buy any Product on the Site (see "Cookies").

 

3.2 Newsletter
